The Role:
We are seeking a New Business Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This senior-level role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record of generating and converting new business in the Property, PI or Liability markets, maintaining strong client relationships, and excelling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities.

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

• Manage the broking process from start to finish with a hands-on approach.

• Utilise excellent technical insurance knowledge to provide tailored solutions.

• Negotiate effectively with insurers and clients.

 

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance, with a proven track record in new business development.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and processes.

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Outlook, Excel, and Windows. Experience with Acturis is preferred.

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing policies and documentation.

• Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with insurers and clients.

• Relationships: Existing insurer or client relationships would be advantageous.
